The distinct species of trees found in the park include Kihamali, Khair, Mokha,Baranga, Palas Moyan, Skiras, Tendu, Bija, Aonla, Ghont, Achar, Garari,Mahua, Mokha,Baranga, Amaltas,.Bamboo trees are also spread all over in the park, but it is restricted to some portion of the valley.

Visitors coming to Pench safari booking must never miss the Safari draw located here. You should either choose the Jeep or the Elephant safari for best viewing the wildlife found in Pench. You can start your ride in the early morning, when the animals begin their search for food and water. The timings for the safari change according to the season.

Being tropical in nature, the climate found here is hot in summers and cold in winters. Rainfall remains there for the next two months and starts in the early July. In summers most of the wildlife come outside their habitat in want of water and so summer is considered to be the best time to visit the park.
